Sorry, the picture is bad, it was after Art Insights. It was cold and dark, and I did not want to get out of the car. This sign has fine typography, but has bad visual tension. A good example of how layout of graphics around type, can effect the types effectiveness. The sign does not have a consistent white boarder around it. Were the embellishment is flush to the brick wall, and where the embellishment has a white boarder.... Creates an unwanted visual tension.
