Avatar the movie and Papyrus font, a winning combo? I would have taken a picture of the movie screen, but was afraid of getting the motion picture movie association on my back for copy issues. But Avatar used Papyrus, I was first like... OH NO, they did not just do that. When the natives spoke their language, it was written in English, at the bottom of the screen in Papyrus. I still think another font would have worked better, but they were trying to give a certain feel to the natives, and refering it to clasical biblical writings did that for them... I think that was the thinking behind it. They were not afraid of any font snobs.... overall it worked.
